I’ve been using a cheap 2.2 kW eBay vfd for several years now. I put it inside a £10 enclosure IP65 made for electrical installation. Not a problem.

I used the built in control panel and cut out a slot for it on the enclosure. Simple enough and very…

I like this site, they have good information on both inverters and motors. And they list the torque per rpm on a lot of them. Good info!

    That's nasty!

I'm meticulous about never leaving my digits anywhere near the meat mincer zone when the spinning commences.

I put together a small drilling table on my milling machine. It includes a Bessey auto height adjusting toggle clamp. Works…

I decided to rebuild my filing jig in the hope of achieving better results and overcoming a few problems I was encountering. It was make-do or re-do time. I'm not going to try to explain anything for now. I'll let you work it out yourself for the time…

Thanks! I guessed you just reused some video material from the 90s. ^^

Actually, I think I've endured more boring movies my wife has picked out for a saturday night.

It looked good though, I didn't notice any struggling. I wonder if…

We're not dealing with a life-or-death situation here. I think.

Do it when you have the time, I'm just glad you're willing to make the effort.

    Looking good guys!

Would it be possible for any of you gents with the Milwaukee and SWAG combo to maybe make a little video of it in action? I'm very curious about its power and speed. All the videos I've seen on it has been sped up.

    Thanks!
