  • Finding a forum member

Trying to find a member of the forum by their username? Follow these steps:

    1. Click on the tab towards the top left of your screen entitled 'Members':

    2. Then look over to the right-hand side of the screen, and you will see this panel:

3a. If you know the username of the person you are looking for, just type in the first three letters and the predictive software will give you some usernames that match with what you've written so far (as below) or you can type in the full username. Clicking on one of the names that drops down will take you straight to their profile:

3b. If you're unsure of their username but know the first letter, then you can use the same panel to filter through the usernames of all members by their first letter. For this you have to use the embedded letter keys, so if you know the username begins with 'D' then click that letter on the embedded keyboard and all usernames beginning with that letter will be shown in a list to the left. You only need to click the 'Submit' button if you want to filter through the members shown, such as by descending number of posts.
